The stables at Cedar Bay is a co-operative within Friends of Cedar Bay. The co-operative is led by the chair of the Equestrian Committee on the board of directors.
After a period of unuse, the stables were re-opened in December 2006 in partnership with the Municipality of Sioux Lookout. Our main focus is to offer recreational and educational opportunities to people of all ages in and around our surrounding community.
You are always welcome! Come by the stable anytime during the day and visit the horses. They are usually glad to see you and will greet you at the fence for a pat.
If you would like to introduce your dog to the horses, please ensure they are on a leash for both your dog and the horse’s safety.
