A generous donation of $1000 has been received from a community minded family. Friends of Cedar Bay was challenged to receive matching funds from other community members to aid in pursuing a few projects! Please help us meet this challenge!
The first project to be targeted will be improvements to the cozy cabin experience (e.g. ski rack, new tables, stove upgrade).
Excess funds will support general projects at the Cedar Bay Outdoor Recreation Centre. These projects include:
The Forest Therapy Project: if this project moves forward 
, it would be an opportunity to turn some of the area into a a healing experience by connecting with nature. It may involve a natural play structure, bird sound or plant identification information/signage as well as well as a self guided therapy trail.
Latrine/Outhouse: We are hoping to have this available to the trail users and community members very soon near the barn at the trail head.
